Last night I had two options, either to watch Kabir Singh or to watch another latest Bollywood movie….

And finally, I ended not watching Kabir Singh…

Earlier I believed that movies are meant for entertaining the audience and for relaxation…

BUT last night after watching this extraordinary movie with extraordinary performances, “it was thought-provoking and convincing and made me think it’s very important for movies (mass media) to expose some hot topic of social issues… and this movie enlightens such issues…

The film has top-notch cinematography, gripping screenplay, background score adding an adequate ingredient to set the mood…dialogue delivery creates an impact.

this movie is a courageous work by the writer/ director. In this, not so light film, the director and co-writer did well in keeping it simple and to the point.
There so many scenes which are realistic ( it’s suspense for you) based and witnessed on our day to day life which we prefer to ignore because it had taken place away from us..this film reminds us of those moments and how we have chosen to do nothing about these issues…

The film’s story with powerful and deep moments leaves you with goosebumps.. the screenplay keeps you on the edge.. and the final performances by an amazing actors score the highest points for the film.. whether it is an intense and gripping act of “Ayan”, a short but a very impact role of “Nishad”, or the backbone character of “Aditi” and “Gaura” sets a shiver inside you..

You get connected to this film so swiftly n strongly that on the one side you want justice to be delivered and on the other hand you don’t want this movie to end…

I am talking about ARTICLE 15 and the director is ANUBHAV SINHA.
Sincere and Determined police officer “Ayan” is played by Ayushmann Khurana which hooks you instantly and other masterpiece scenes are delivered by Manoj Pahwa, Sayani Gupta, Kumud Mishra, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayub & Ronjini Chakraborty.

Article 15 is the best that Indian cinema can be at this time.. and it is relevant, compelling and hard-hitting.
